Southern Water Services Limited ("SWS") announces today that, following its disposal of Southern Water Services (Finance) Limited and the substitution of Southern Water Services (Finance) Limited for SW (Finance) II Limited and SW (Finance) I PLC, as detailed in an announcements released by SWS dated 30 September 2022 and 3 October 2022, SWS has successfully completed the removal of Southern Water Services (Finance) Limited (which is incorporated in the Cayman Islands) from its financing structure.

In connection with its removal, Southern Water Services (Finance) Limited has been released from all its liabilities and obligations under all transaction documents that relate to Southern Water's financing structure.
