-- Final terms dated 28 September 2021 relating to the U.S.$1,125,000,000 5.800% Notes due 2027 issued by The Arab Republic of Egypt pursuant to its U.S.$40,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme (the "2027 Final Terms");

-- Final terms dated 28 September 2021 relating to the U.S.$1,125,000,000 7.300% Notes due 2033 issued by The Arab Republic of Egypt pursuant to its U.S.$40,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme (the "2033 Final Terms"); and

-- Final terms dated 28 September 2021 relating to the U.S.$750,000,000 8.750% Notes due 2051 issued by The Arab Republic of Egypt pursuant to its U.S.$40,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme (the "2051 Final Terms" and, together with the 2027 Final Terms and the 2033 Final Terms, the "Final Terms").
