                              Share price movement

The Directors have noted the recent movement in the share price.

The Company has recently won a contract with the Department of Trade and
Industry for establishing a network of 15 European websites, the first phase of
which has a contract value of £83,700.  The Directors estimate that the total
sales value attributable to this contract is of the order of £100,000.
Otherwise, the Directors are not aware of any circumstances which would have
given rise to the recent share price movement.
