                         AQUILO PLC (the 'Company')

               FURTHER RE STATEMENT REGARDING APPROACHES


The Company previously announced on 6 October 2006 that the Board had received a
number of approaches relating to the purchase of the Company which may or may
not lead to an offer being made for the Company. Following this announcement a
number of additional parties have expressed an interest in the Company's
businesses.



Based on discussions with these parties, the Board believes that it is likely
that these will progress to the point where a number of offers will be received
for either the whole of the Company or certain of its subsidiaries.



We would expect further announcements will be made in due course.
