The Company announces that on 16 August 2021 Nigel Boardman, a Non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 1,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Mr. Boardman now holds 15,313 Ordinary Shares representing 0.10 per cent. of the Company's voting rights.
