                  Directorate Change and Share Options Granted





Atlantic Global Plc, the specialist provider of integrated business and resource
management software applications announced earlier today that Adrian Bradshaw
has been appointed Non-Executive Chairman as of 19 September 2007 and that
Steve Allen, Non-Executive Chairman will step down from the Board with immediate
effect.



The Board would like to acknowledge the contribution made by Steve during his
tenure as Non-Executive Chairman in achieving the short term aim to restore
operational stability, revenue growth and profitability. From this solid
platform the Company is looking forward to executing the new acquisition
strategy following the appointment of Adrian Bradshaw as Non-Executive Chairman.
Adrian (with his co-director at Bradmount, Peter Mountford), has today entered
into an option agreement to purchase one million Atlantic Global existing shares
from Eugene Blaine, Managing Director of Atlantic Global, exercisable at a price
of 25p per share at any time within the next two years.



Adrian Bradshaw (50) is currently is a director of AssetCo PLC and Shieldtech
PLC, both of which are listed on AIM and is also a director of Bradmount
Investments ("Bradmount") who have been instrumental in a number of AIM
listings.  Bradmount facilitated Atlantic Global's admission to AIM in 2001 and
Adrian has extensive knowledge of the Company.
