Atlantic Global Plc (AIM:ATL), the specialist provider of Project Portfolio 
Management ("PPM") software applications, today announces that at the Company's 
Annual General Meeting, held at 2.30 pm on Tuesday 5 May, all resolutions put to 
Shareholders by the Board were duly passed. 
 
 
Adrian Bradshaw, Chairman of Atlantic Global, commented at the Annual General 
Meeting: "Atlantic Global continues to meet market expectations despite 
difficult economic conditions. The Company has released further modules of the 
OnDemand product, creating greater market appeal."
