Circular regarding adjourned Extraordinary General Meeting


At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 3 April 2006 the
Chairman adjourned the meeting until 3:00 pm on 24 April 2006 for the purpose of
providing additional information to shareholders regarding the Podmaniczsky
hotel project.  The adjourned meeting will be held at the offices of Edwin Coe,
2 Stone Buildings, Lincoln's Inn, London, WC2A 3TH.

The Company has today posted a circular to shareholders which contains
additional information regarding the Podmaniczsky hotel project.  Copies of the
circular will be available from the registered office of the Company at 2 Stone
Buildings, Lincoln's Inn, London WC2A 3TH.
