Directorate Change
The Board of ContentFilm plc (AIM: CFL), a pre-eminent owner of media rights
supported by strong film, TV and digital sales divisions, today announces a
restructuring of the board of directors to accommodate the recently expressed
desire of Non-Executive Chairman Alton Irby and Non-Executive Director Sam
Humphrey to resign from the board effective December 2nd. The Board is pleased
to announce the return of Huw Davies to the board as Non-Executive Chairman and
Franz von Auersperg as a Non - Executive Director.
Appointment of Directors:
Mr. Huw Humphreys Davies (70), rejoins the board of ContentFilm having
previously been a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company. Mr.
Davies has a wealth of experience in the television industry both in the UK and
internationally, having formerly been Chief Executive of HTV Wales, Director of
Television HTV Group plc, President of HTV International, Chief Executive of
Channel Television Holdings Limited, a member of the ITV Council, and
Co-Chairman of the Producers' Rights Association
Mr. Franz Prinz von Auersperg (61), joins the board of ContentFilm plc having
previously been a director of ContentFilm Inc. up to March 2004. Mr. von
Auersperg was a founding director and Chief Operating Officer of EM.TV, Chief
Executive Officer of Bertelsmann Music Group and Vice Chairman of the
Supervisory Board of Syntek Capital AG (the Company's largest shareholder).
Mr. Davies holds, or has held, the following directorships within the five years
prior to the date of this announcement:

ContentFilm confirms that there are no other matters requiring disclosure in
relation to Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
Resignation of Directors:
Alton Irby and Sam Humphreys have advised the Company of their intention to
resign from the Board, with both resignations to be effective from 2 December
2010, due to the increasing demands of their other business commitments.
The board would like to sincerely thank Alton and Sam for their years of
invaluable service and wish them well for the future.

Huw Davies, newly elected Chairman of the Company said:
