Provalis plc ("Provalis")

Following the announcement made by Provalis (LSE: PRO) on 1 February 2006, the
Circular in respect of the proposed disposal of certain assets of Provalis
Healthcare Limited ("Disposal") was posted to Provalis' shareholders and, for
information only, to the holders of options under the Provalis share option
schemes, on 3 February 2006. The Circular included notice of the extraordinary
general meeting to approve the Disposal which will be held on Monday 20 February
2006.
