Education Development International plc (the 'Company'), the leading provider of 
educational qualifications and assessment services, announces that on 30 June 
2010 the Company's Share Incentive Plan Trust (the 'SIPT') purchased 8,273 
shares in the Company at a price of 110p per share. 
 
Following the purchase the SIPT now holds 22,200 shares representing 0.03% of 
the issued share capital of the Company.
