Hurlingham Plc announces that at the EGM held today the resolution to approve
the acquisition of the remaining shareholding interest in Bettagrade Ltd was
duly passed.

Application has been made for the 74,619 new Hurlingham ordinary shares to be
admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock
Exchange.
