AGM Statement and Director Resignation

                                                                     6 June 2006


The Board of IGH announce that at the Annual General Meeting on 5 June 2006 all
resolutions, excluding resolution 2, were duly passed.  Resolution 2 related to
the re-appointment of Graham Doyle as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Graham Doyle has resigned from the Board as of 5 June 2006 to concentrate on his
other business commitments.  The Board would like to thank him for his
contribution and wish him success in the future.
