The Company is pleased to announce the successful renegotiation of its 
revolving credit facility with Allied Irish Banks p.l.c. An upper limit of GBP 
3,750,000 has been agreed which bears interest at a rate of 3.0% over LIBOR on 
drawn down sums and 1.5% on the undrawn balance. 
 
The facility contains covenants which require that net borrowings will not at 
any time exceed 33.0% of the adjusted net asset value, which shall at all times 
be equal to or greater than GBP12,000,000. 
 
The Company currently has the full amount of the facility, GBP3,750,000, drawn 
down.
