Jumpit ASA ("Jumpit" or the "Company"), the developer of power solutions for
handheld devices, today announces that on Monday 2 October 2006, Mr Johan
Christian Borchgrevink, non-executive Chairman of the Company purchased 200,000
ordinary shares of NOK 0.025 ("Ordinary Shares") at 5.5p each through Cabehefa
AS, his investment company.

Following the purchase Mr Borchgrevink holds Ordinary Shares representing 12.00% 
of the Company's issued share capital.
