Ludorum plc ("the Company") was today notified that the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares occurred:

Charles Caminada, Chief Operating Officer, sold 148,065 shares at a price of 225.00 pence per share. Following the transaction Mr Caminada holds an interest of 516,592 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 5.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.

David Maloney, non-executive director of the Company, sold 27,500 shares at a price of 225.00 pence per share. Following the transaction Mr Maloney holds an interest of 28,347 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.29% of the issued share capital of the Company.
