Board Changes

Macfarlane Group PLC (MACF.L) announces today that Bob McLellan will retire from the Board on 31(st) December 2023, following a long period of distinguished service. A recruitment process for his replacement as a Non-Executive Director has commenced and an announcement will be made in due course when a suitable candidate has been appointed.

As part of this change, James Baird, Audit Committee Chair, will become the Senior Independent Director ("SID") of the Group.
