Board appointment 
 
Max  Property  Group  Plc  ("the  Company")  is  a  Jersey  resident real estate 
investment company. It has an experienced Board, chaired by Aubrey Adams, and is 
externally managed by Prestbury Investments LLP, which is owned and managed by a 
team led by Nick Leslau and Mike Brown. 
 
The  Company's strategy is  to exploit cyclical  weakness in the  UK real estate 
market  through opportunistic  investment and  active management  with a view to 
realising   cash   returns   for   shareholders  over  an  investment  cycle  of 
approximately seven and half years from its listing in May 2009. 
 
The  Board of Max Property  Group Plc is pleased  to announce the appointment of 
Frederick  ("Freddie") Ellyer Cohen as a director of the Company, with immediate 
effect. 
 
Freddie, aged 52, was elected as Senator in the States of Jersey in 2005 and was 
appointed  Minister for Planning and Environment in  that year. He was a Trustee 
and  Vice Chairman  of Jersey  Heritage Trust  from 1998 to  2005 and has  run a 
private  residential and commercial property development and investment company. 
 
 
During  the past five years  Senator Cohen has been  a director of the following 
companies, all of which are private family investment companies:

Sebag Trust Limited 
Muralla Investments Limited 
Tunstal Property Developments Limited 
Sebag Investments Limited 
Castille Services Limited 
Mount Services Limited. 
 
There are no other matters relating to this appointment which require disclosure 
under  Rule  17 and  Schedule  2(g) items  (ii)  to  (viii) of the AIM Rules for 
Companies.
