Directors' Exercise of Options

19 March 2012

MDY was informed on 16 March 2012 by Grahame Cook, Chairman, that on the same day he had exercised options over 600,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 20.5 pence per share.

MDY was also informed on 16 March 2012 by Martin Hunt, Deputy Chairman, that on the same day he had exercised options over 600,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 20.5 pence per share.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of 1,200,000 ordinary shares to trading ("Admission"), with Admission expected to occur on 22 March 2012.

Following Admission, Grahame Cook will hold a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 602,000 ordinary shares in the Company, being approximately 3.3% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Following Admission, Martin Hunt will hold a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 600,000 ordinary shares in the Company, being approximately 3.3% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
