The board of the Company is pleased to announce that 37,951,490 shares were
admitted to trading on AIM at 08:00 am today under the trading symbol "MOBS"

The Company is a specialist provider of mobile video-based applications and
services. Its services and products assist companies to deliver interactive
mobile entertainment and other video-based services to consumers via video
mobile technology over 2.5G and 3G networks.

The Company initially plans to develop income streams from two sources:

  * the production and delivery of a mobile video dating service for mobile
    network operators and dating agencies; and
   
  * the supply of picture and video content to third parties or direct to
    consumers' mobile phone handsets.
