    Board Change

    Metnor announces that Robert Pratt, Managing Director of the Group's mechanical and electrical contracting division, has stepped down
from the Board and will leave the Group on Wednesday 31 December 2008.

    Robert has been a main board director for the past nine years and has overseen the successful growth and expansion of the Group's
contracting activities since his appointment in 1999. The Board would like to thank Robert for his long and valued contribution.
