                Autosheen significantly strengthens client base

Myhome, one of the UK's leading provider of franchised service operations, is
pleased to announce that its Autosheen division has recently been awarded
contracts with some of the UK's leading fleet and Insurance companies. Autosheen
is a market leader in mobile vehicle valeting, serving the needs of major
leasing, fleet, insurance companies and also the motoring public across the UK.


HIGHLIGHTS


*  Contract wins with blue chip clients including MORE TH>N Car Insurance
   and British American Tobacco PLC show strength of Autosheen brand;

*  Opportunities for Autosheen brand to grow further via synergies with
   recent Myhome acquisition ChipsAway; and

*  Myhome to benefit from increased cross selling capabilities across all
   its residential service offerings.


Further information on contracts


In recent months, Autosheen has been awarded contracts with MORE TH>N Car
Insurance, fleet suppliers Zenith Vehicle Contracts, Inchcape Fleet Solutions,
Fleet Support Group and British American Tobacco PLC.


MORE TH>N, a major on-line car insurance company, has appointed Autosheen as a 
"retail partner" that offers discounted valeting to its insurance policy client
list.  Clients are able to call a dedicated 0800 number to book their valet
using a discount voucher that has been down loaded on line via the MORE TH>N web
site.


Zenith Vehicle Contracts, a specialist provider of bespoke fleet solutions, has
awarded a contract to Autosheen to supply mobile valeting services to it's
portfolio of blue chip clients, including British Petroleum (BP).  In order to
also make the service available to its staff a link will be set up on the Zenith
web site to a dedicated page at autosheen.com.



Inchcape Fleet Solutions manages over 70,000 vehicles within the UK and have
recently awarded Autosheen the contract to service amongst others, a Government
department, DWP (Department of Work and Pensions). Autosheen will deliver a
specialist "waterless" valeting solution through its nationwide professional
mobile service units that are controlled from its HQ based in Oxfordshire, for
each and every vehicle, within the fleet across the UK.


Fleet Support Group manages approximately 55,000 vehicles within the UK.  They
have appointed Autosheen to provide valeting services across their client base.
Fleet Support have their own online booking facility and it is their intention
to set up an intranet link so their clients are able to book valets with
Autosheen direct.



British American Tobacco has awarded a contract to Autosheen to provide mobile
valeting services to its vehicle fleet during contract term and at the end of
lease term, in order to reduce charge back cost.
