                             Director Shareholding

Nature Technology was advised yesterday that Richard Eldridge, Chairman of the
Company, purchased 1,200,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 0.7p per
share on 11 January 2005.

Following the above acquisition, Mr Eldridge is now beneficially interested in a
total of 17,476,554 ordinary shares of Nature Technology, representing 5.83 per
cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
