Significant Shareholdings

On 4 August 2005, Pennine AIM VCT 5 plc ("Pennine") notified the Company that it
has acquired a notifiable interest in the Company. Under the placing completed
on 24 June 2005, Pennine acquired 3,125,000 ordinary shares in the Company. As a
result of this transaction Pennine holds 3,125,000 ordinary shares representing
3.78% of the Company's issued share capital.
