Further to the announcement of 1 June 2005, the Board of Tellings Golden Miller
Group plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, at the EGM of the Company
held today, the resolution to approve the disposal of the Company's bus division
was passed.  Formal completion of the disposal will take place later today.
