Jeff Williams today informed the Company that on 15 October 2013, in a series of trades, pension funds of which he and his wife are the beneficiaries, sold 24,949,836 ordinary 0.1p shares ("Ordinary Shares"). As a result, Mr Williams no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
