THIRD Redemption of Shares

Further to the announcement dated 13 August the distribution rate has been revised. This change has been made to ensure that all of the GBP10.275 million available to distribute can be returned to investors prior to the Company's EGM on 21 August 2013.

PREVIOUS STATEMENT

The payment, which will be made to Shareholders on or around 20 August 2013, will represent GBP0.9927 pence per Sterling Share to be redeemed.

CORRECTED STATMENT

The payment, which will be made to Shareholders on or around 20 August 2013, will represent approximately GBP1 per Sterling Share held as at the record date.
