The Company advises shareholders that it has agreed to appoint Capita Registrars (IOM) Limited ("Capita") as its registrar with effect from Monday, 14 February 2011. An operations bulletin providing the requisite notice to shareholders who hold their interests in the Company in uncertificated form will be published by Euroclear UK and Ireland Limited by Monday, 31 January 2011.
