                          APPOINTMENT OF DAVID BUCHLER
                            TO THE BOARD OF VOLVERE

Volvere plc, the London-based turnaround specialist and activist investor, today
announces the appointment of Mr David Buchler to the Board as a non-Executive
Director, with immediate effect.

David, aged 51, has some 30 years experience in the field of corporate
turnaround. He was a partner at Arthur Andersen prior to becoming a founding
partner of Buchler Phillips, the UK's leading financial recovery and
restructuring specialist which was acquired by the Kroll - O'Gara Company, the
world's leading risk mitigation firm, in 1999. Until mid-2003, he was Chairman
of Kroll for Europe and Africa. He is a former President of R3, the association
of business recovery professionals, and is currently Non-Executive vice-Chairman
of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.
