SAB Biotherapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company” or “SAB”) will present a poster presentation over new data showing SAB-142 is a first in class, fully human polyclonal antithymocyte globulin (“ATG”) that demonstrates safety and dose-dependent anticipated pharmacologic effects in nonhuman primates (“NHPs”) in a Good Laboratory Practice (“GLP”) Toxicology Study, (the “Presentation”), at the Federation of Clinical Immunology Societies (the “FOCIS”) 2023 Annual Meeting held in Boston on June 22, 2023. A copy of the Presentation is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
