Native Arkansan will direct all Cingular consumer sales in state LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Nov. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Jacob Mullins, a Cingular Wireless sales executive who has successfully led the company's sales operations in parts of New York State, has been named director of sales for Cingular in Arkansas, according to Rudy Hermond, Cingular's vice president and general manager. Mullins has moved to Little Rock from Buffalo, NY, where he was responsible for the company's agent store locations. He previously managed Cingular's company-owned stores in the same area. Prior to joining Cingular, Mullins was a sales consultant for a technology company. "Jake Mullins has demonstrated exceptional leadership in the wireless industry, and I feel fortunate we are able to use his proven sales expertise to lead our sales organization in Arkansas," Hermond said.
