So the way I read it is if Electric Metals do not receive the 3rd installment on the 29th they have to release a statement even if that statement is to say they agreed an extension.

Am I right? Or because they have this listed as a non core asset they dont have to and we need to wait

Help me understand how you can dilute 28 million shares in the last month and 100 million plus in the last year and think the share price can increase? I have enough shares and I feel at some point they are going to reverse split again and then go away. They have no money and hardly no sales. Sad.
