Inc. today announced that John T.
Collins and P. Jerome
Richey have joined the Board of Trustees for Federated
Enhanced Treasury Income Fund (NYSE: FTT), Federated Premier
Municipal Income Fund (NYSE: FMN) and Federated Premier
Intermediate Municipal Income Fund (NYSE: FPT) effective
Jan. 1, 2014.
John T. Collins serves as
chairman and chief executive officer of The Collins Group, Inc.,
which manages a private investment portfolio and holds minority
interests in several privately held companies. Previously,
Collins served as president and chief executive officer of Quebecor
(USA) Printing, Inc. Collins
was formerly president of Semline, Inc., a printer and book
manufacturing firm. He previously held director positions
with Bank of America and Fleet Financial Group, among others.
Collins earned his bachelor's degree from Bentley College.
P. Jerome Richey is currently
general counsel for the University of Pittsburgh. Richey
previously served as chief legal officer for CONSOL Energy. Richey
was formerly a partner at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney. He
currently serves as president of the board of the Epilepsy
Foundation of Western and Central
Pennsylvania, as board chair of the World Affairs Council of
Pittsburgh and as a member of the
board of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust. Richey earned his
bachelor's degree and law degree from the University of
Pittsburgh.
