SASKATOON, May 9, 2017 /CNW/ - Potash Corporation of
Saskatchewan Inc. (PotashCorp) announced that the eleven nominees
listed in the management proxy circular for the 2017 Annual Meeting
of Shareholders were elected as directors of PotashCorp earlier
today at the shareholder meeting held in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held
at the meeting are set out below.

At the meeting, shareholders also voted: (i) to approve the
appointment of Deloitte LLP as auditors of the company (97.38%
voted in favor), and (ii) to approve the advisory resolution
accepting PotashCorp's approach to executive compensation (87.12%
voted in favor).

PotashCorp is the world's largest crop nutrient company and
plays an integral role in global food production. The company
produces the three essential nutrients required to help farmers
