Prezzo plc ("Prezzo" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment to
the main board of the Company of Mr Kuldip Singh Sehmi (54) as Operations
Director with immediate effect. Mr Sehmi, has been with the Company since
November 2002 and has extensive experience in the restaurant industry,
previously working at City Centre Restaurants for 25 years and subsequently at
ASK Central for 4 years.

In addition, Jonathan Kaye, previously Managing Director has been appointed
Chief Executive with immediate effect.

Jonathan Kaye, commenting on Mr Sehmi's appointment:

I am very pleased to welcome Mr Sehmi to the main board. His extensive
experience in the industry will be of great value to Prezzo as we continue our
expansion.


The Company advises that there are no further details relating to the
appointment of Mr Sehmi which it is obliged to disclose under Schedule Two
paragraph (f) of the AIM rules.
