PME Sentry Select Primary Metals Corp

Sentry Select Primary Metals Corp. (the "Company") (TSX: PME) is pleased to announce that it has filed a final short form prospectus in each province and territory of Canada, in connection with its treasury offering (the "Offering") of up to 3,945,420 Class A shares of the Company (the "Shares") for gross proceeds of up to $41,229,639. The Agents (as defined below) have been granted an over-allotment option to purchase an additional 591,813 Shares which, if fully exercised, would bring the total gross proceeds of the Offering to approximately $47,414,085 million, before deducting the payment of expenses of the Offering by the Company.

Offering Price

The Offering is priced at $10.45 per Share, which reflects the Company's net asset value per Share of $9.94 as at June 13, 2011, plus the per Share fees and expenses of the Offering.

Use of proceeds

Subject to the Company's investment restrictions, the Company intends to use the estimated net proceeds of the Offering to invest in securities in accordance with the investment objective and investment strategy of the Company.
