Technology and Will Use Vastly Improved and More Efficient Revenue Model

Dover, NH: Atlas Technology Group, Inc. (OTC
Pink: ATYG), is the holding company for Racing Limos America, Inc., an emerging
advertising and marketing company with franchise operated locations,
specializing in multi-media marketing partnerships, announced today that the
Company has solidified its plan for a global expansion of its brand and franchise
operations. This expansion will include the U.S., Canada, the U.K. and very
likely, the Middle East Region. The combination of the new business model and
creation of international subsidiary companies is expected to bring $25 million
in revenue over the course of the next 4-6 quarters.

New corporate subsidiaries are being set up in
Canada (Racing Limos Canada™) and
the UK (Racing Limos UK™), which
will be wholly owned under Atlas Technology. A third corporate subsidiary for
the Middle East is also being planned. Through research performed to date, the
company estimates thousands of potential franchise locations worldwide.

The business, with its expanding subsidiaries,
will be focused strongly on marketing via multimedia and social media as well
as advertising which eliminates much of the risk of the old business model, that
being essentially a “paid ride” revenue model. Racing Limos America™ possesses
proprietary intellectual property including patents and trademarks, and
customized race-car themed stretch limos. The Company’s objective is to become
a serious part of the $200 billion outdoor marketing industry, as well as integration
with the $10 Billion limo industry.
