On March 23, 2012, CIB Marine Bancshares, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. In addition, on March 23, 2012, CIB Marine mailed a letter to its common shareholders announcing the same, a copy of which is attached at Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated herein by reference.
