It is important to note that these are gross sales figures and do not include deductions for returns or other applicable allowances. These sales figures exceeded internal projections set forth by the Company�s management for their first month in this new location. The clinic is a product of a joint venture between HearAtLast Holdings, Inc. and Vivatone Hearing Systems LLC, a manufacturer of digital hearing aids. The initial success of this clinic has further validated the Company�s plans to open additional free standing clinics throughout North America in addition to their 18 outlets co-located in Wal-Mart Stores and Sam�s Clubs throughout Canada. The Villages, Florida is America�s largest private city with over 70,000 residents over the age of 55. The Villages has 2 town squares, offers its residents their own newspaper, magazine, as well as their own radio station.
