On June 26, 2018, the Company accepted the resignation of Mr. James Beeny as its sole officer and Director of the company and accepted the appointment of  Mr. Harpreet Sangha as CEO, President, CFO, Secretary, Treasurer and Director. Mr. Beeny’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement.
