Music Content Deal with Motorola for Festival in August

Blue Star Mobile Group Plc ("Blue Star" or "the Company"), the AIM listed
provider of entertainment and promotional content via mobile phones, announces
it has signed its first project with Motorola to provide an exclusive music
content proposition to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the V Festival on
August 20 and 21.

Working closely with the Motorola UK Marketing team Blue Star have created a
unique music based content offering which will be given away to customers when
they purchase a new Motorola V635 handset in conjunction with Virgin Mobile
while stocks last. The content offering is based around artists that have
appeared at the V Festival over the past decade or who are appearing this year
and includes full length music tracks from the Stereophonics, Estelle and Dizzee
Rascal and exclusive V Festival screensavers.

All of the content is preloaded onto the handset memory card which makes it a
simple process for the customer to get access to it.

Blue Star has been responsible for licensing the content, pre-loading it onto
memory cards and also design and packaging of the product.

Steve Clarke, Chief Executive, Blue Star Mobile Plc, said:
"We have developed a very good relationship with Motorola over the past few
months and we're delighted to get our first project off the ground. It's a
really exciting project which has given us the opportunity to demonstrate our
capabilities in mobile content and also rights acquisition."
