--A jury ordered Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) to pay $300 million
of punitive damages in a baby powder lawsuit, CNBC reported.
--The company told CNBC that the trial "suffered significant
legal and evidentiary errors which Johnson & Johnson believes
will warrant a reversal on appeal."
