Here is the bottom line issue......share price is beyond stagnant.   No value here for quite some time.
Example, $ENCZ was a giant failure and scam, but it has a share price 5 times higher than $MDCE.   Why do people look at this as worse investment that that?????

The MHRA runs the show, not NWBO, that's why. They are not some back-water National Regulator, who will tolerate any procedural infractions.
And they are not 'corrupt', as many NWBO investors have, repeatedly , stated here.
