                          Interim Results Notification


Faupel, the UK based group involved in the design, importation and distribution
of household furnishings, branded garments and PPE safety equipment from China
and the Far East, will announce Interim Results for the six months ended 30
September 2003 on Monday, 8 December 2003.

A meeting for analysts will be held at 09.30am with a press briefing at 11.00am
at the offices of Buchanan Communications, 107 Cheapside on Monday, 8 December
2003.
