The Fourth Issuer hereby gives notice that, pursuant to Condition 6(d) of the Fourth Notes constituted by a trust deed dated 24 February 2005 between the Fourth Issuer and The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch as Fourth Issuer Note Trustee (the "Trust Deed"), it intends to redeem the Fourth Notes in full on the Payment Date falling in April 2012 at their Principal Amount Outstanding together with interest accrued to the date of redemption.

Capitalised terms used in this Notice shall have the meaning given to them in the Trust Deed.
