  NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the next ORDINARY MEETING of Proprietors of the
  Company will be held at 4/5 Arlington Street, London, SW1 1RA on Friday 21st
   February 2003 at 11.30 o'clock in the morning for the general purposes of
    business and for the election of an auditor in place of one retiring by
                                   rotation.

The TRANSFER BOOKS of the Company will be CLOSED from 1st to 12th February 2003
inclusive.
