Mubadala Petroleum and Petrochemicals Holding Company LLC, a subsidiary of Mamoura Diversified Global Holding PJSC, has entered into an agreement to sell its interest in 24.9 per cent. of the share capital of OMV Aktiengesellschaft to Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) P.J.S.C., the completion of which is subject to closing conditions and other regulatory consents and approvals.
