Pursuant to the Financial Conduct
Authority's (FCA's) Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1,
the Company notifies the market that as of
28 March 2024, the total number of voting
rights of the Company was
1,296,472,686.
As at close of business on 28 March
2024, the total number of Ordinary Shares was 702,700,001 and the
total number of CHESS Depositary Interests was
593,772,685.
There are no shares held in
Treasury.
The above total number of voting
rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculation by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in the
Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
Announcement under Rule 2.9 of the
City Code on Takeovers and Mergers
The Company hereby confirms that,
for the purposes of Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and
Mergers (the Code), the correct International Securities
Identification Number (ISIN) of the Company's CHESS Depositary
Interests (CDIs) which are admitted to trading on the Australian
Securities Exchange is ISIN AU0000064966.
The ISIN of the CDIs which was
referenced in the Company's previous announcements for the purposes
of Rule 2.9 of the Code should be disregarded.
