   Issue of Equity 
 
   Vast Resources plc, the AIM listed resource and development company, 
announces that, pursuant to the Company's announcement of 9 July 2015 
and following the grant of the relevant authorities at the Company's 
Annual General Meeting, application has been made for 154,649,140 new 
ordinary shares of 0.1p each to be admitted to trading on AIM pursuant 
to the conversion by Sapi River Investments Limited of its loan of 
US$1.2m to the Company at an exercise price of 0.5p per share. 
 
   Sapi River Investments Limited is a trust associated with William 
Battershill, the Chairman of the Company. Mr Battershill has no 
beneficial or controlling interest in the trust. 
 
   In addition, following the grant of the relevant authorities at the 
Company's Annual General Meeting, application has been made for 
23,097,237 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each to be admitted to trading on 
AIM pursuant to an issue of shares to a consultant to satisfy 
obligations to pay commissions in relation to prior fundraising. 
 
   Admission to trading on AIM of the, in aggregate, 177,746,377 new 
ordinary shares is expected to occur at 8:00 am on 16 October 2015 
("Admission"). Following Admission, the total number of voting rights in 
the Company will be 1,658,595,366 with each ordinary share carrying the 
right to one vote. 
 
   The above figure of 1,658,595,366 may be used by shareholders as the 
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they 
are required to notify their interest in VAST under the FCA's Disclosure 
and Transparency Rules.
