CMR Fuel Cells plc ("Company" or "CMR") 
 
 
CMR Fuel Cells plc announces that it has today been notified of the exercise of 
82,110 options by John Halfpenny, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, at an 
exercise price of 6.26 pence per share. This is in accordance with the planned 
exercise of options as described in the Circular published on 14 January 2009. 
 
 
John Halfpenny now holds 164,220 Ordinary Shares, which amounts to a holding of 
approximately 1.7% in the enlarged issued share capital of the Company. 
 
 
John Halfpenny remains interested in options over 995,050 Ordinary Shares. 
 
 
Application will be made for the 82,110 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to 
trading on AIM, which is expected to be 23 March 2009.  Following admission of 
the Ordinary Shares, the number of Ordinary Shares of 0.6 pence in issue will be
